It took everything in her to keep herself composed, the other's plastic expression beginning to get under her skin. She isn't one to put up with anyone's shit, but this girl is simply a child - and through all the sarcastic remarks came answers that Rajani is looking for. But perhaps the questioning should stop for now, before she happens to rub the North Pole the wrong way.
"Business trip." Rajani speaks up simply, taking a step back and loosening up her tense muscles, trying to come off as relaxed and humane as she could. Those eyes of hers travel over the other's figure, taking in her characteristics once more. An odd one, she was. "Just here to take care of some grown up stuff, you see." Giving a nod, she shifts her weight from one foot and onto the other, looking past the other at the scenery around her. Somehow or another she's escaped the public's attention, somehow. "The last time I checked, there weren't...any polar bears in North America that weren't captive. Did you bring him down with you? That's not subtle in the least."

ROFL Marina laugh-no, cackled. Her facial expression twisted whickedly. Her back hunched over. Her arms holding her diaphram, feeling her abdominals squeeze till the burning led to pain.
"You are a funny lady, Ms. Outsider. His name is Kumajiro. Canada's pet. You could say, he was keeping an eye on me, so to speak. I wouldn't be surprised if we saw another one of those bears in around these parts. This is the Hudson Bay area after all."
Her expression returned back to that smugged look she held for quite some time before. She would roll back and forth on her heels as she observed Rajani's agitation. "Your eyes keep wandering around, yet there's nobody here Ms. Outsider. Just you an me," she giggled before continuing ",and perhaps a few lurking RCMPs."[/blockquote]

The other's sudden outburst almost took Rajani by surprise, clearly this one is a lot more worse off than her innocent appearance leads one to believe about her. "Yeah, that's what I'm worried about." Rajani spoke quietly as she looks over her shoulder once more looking to see if there are any RCMP or any more vicious meat-eating animals she needs to worry about. The coast is clear as far as her eyes can tell, but her gut is telling her something different.
'Outsider', it's really beginning to grow on her now. Casually walking forward as she brings one hand out into the bitter cold to flip the hoodie over her head, she brings that same arm around the other female to lead her away with her. "Maybe it'd be best if you stuck with me for awhile, yeah?" What is this so suddenly? Rajani is caring about the North Pole's situation? Or is it that she'd rather interrogate this one in a more private place where she won't have to worry about police paperwork or getting her face mauled off? Probably the latter, sadly enough; there's no place for kind people in a world like this.

"Ooo Ooo! We should go to my house! That is if its still there...Oh but surely, you must come! Old man Clause could be expecting someone like you."
Marina rose from the ground. Her purple hair floating before dropping to her sides. Her arms waved like she was trying to fly. Then it would repeat again. Odd. Marina bounced up and down in excitement. Her hands raised over her head. A child like innocence wafted over her at the thought of bringing someone home (so she can push Rajani into the water and freeze and die).
Indeed. Marina has always lived in solitude, no thanks to General Winter, and has always been plucked out of her home. Bringing someone to her house for a change didn't sound too bad. At least not to the child.
((herp derp! Yeah, someone wants a pirate for christmas. Get in the sack!))

At first, Rajani isn't too sure about going to this little one's house as it could very well be a trap and she herself would be at a disadvantage when the other is on her own home turf. However, thinking nothing of it at the time due to the other's young age and her lack of sanity, Rajani decides that it'll be better to lay low for awhile at this one's place. Hopefully it doesn't get raided or anything silly like that, it'd be most unpleasant.
"Yeah, yeah. Whatever." She didn't bother to listen to what the North Pole had to say as she looks over her shoulder once more to make sure the coast is clear. She keeps her arm around the other, but lets the female lead all the same. It'd be curious to see what run down shack this stray would happen to call her 'home'. ...But, then again, it's most probably better than what's back over on Rajani's side of the world.

"Good, then you can take a shower!" Did she just imply Rajani was smelly?!
Marina wore a toothy grin while giggling. That innocent excitement she had twisted with each chuckle. This should be fun~ She thought while she took Rajani's hand into her own and dragged the outsider northbound. The two of them carried on hoping the giant black butterfly won't eat them to death.
